These ideas would be very interesting for them, as they wouldn't know anything about it and would ask you questions as to why this information was important to them.Once you've found out what their primary interest is, you can choose topics that will satisfy their interests. By keeping the level of detail fairly low, you'll be able to focus on the content of your essay. And when you can focus on that, you're guaranteed to make your students readers at least partially interested in what you have to say.
